Delete your account

Delete your account in Oraclium

You can permanently delete a signed-in Oraclium account from the app. The request is completed from your account settings after you confirm the final warning.

Open account settings

From the web app

  1. Sign in to the Oraclium web app with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings, then choose Account.
  3. Find Celestial Closure and select Delete My Account.
  4. Read the permanent-deletion notice, then select Delete Anyway.

From the mobile app

  1. Open Oraclium and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings and go to Account.
  3. Under Celestial Closure, tap Delete My Account.
  4. Confirm the request by tapping Delete Anyway.

What happens after deletion

  • Your Oraclium account, profile, and associated astrological data are permanently deleted.
  • You are signed out and cannot recover the deleted account or its data.
  • You may create a new account later, but previous data will not be restored.

Some transaction or security records may be retained when required by law, for example statutory accounting records. These records are not kept for continued use of your profile.

Can't access your account?

Email info@oraclium.app from the address connected to your account and use the subject Oraclium account deletion request. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.
